1. Shipping Methods

As our warehouse is located in Mainland China, all orders are shipped directly from China.

Our primary shipping carriers include:

  • 4PX

  • DHL Express

  • FedEx Express

Our default shipping method is 4PX, which is also our free shipping option.

If you prefer faster delivery, you may choose DHL Express during checkout. The expedited shipping fee will be calculated at checkout, and we will arrange shipment via DHL accordingly.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders begin processing once payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping is available for most countries on orders over US$5.

  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge, which will be displayed during checkout.

  • Shipping fees for orders below the free shipping threshold will be calculated automatically at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Shipping carrier

  • Tracking number

  • Tracking link

Tracking information is typically updated within 24–48 hours after shipment.

6. Signature Requirement

To ensure the safe delivery of your repair parts, all shipments require the recipient's signature upon delivery.

7. Multiple Package Shipments

For safety and packaging purposes, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

This may occur if:

  • You order multiple replacement screens or repair parts.

  • Your order contains products that require separate packaging.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, each tracking number will be sent to you via email.

8. Pre-Order Items

Some pre-order products cannot be canceled or refunded after the order has been placed but before shipment.

Estimated delivery time for pre-order items may take up to 25 business days.

If your order is affected, we will notify you as soon as possible.

10. Packaging Standards

To ensure your replacement parts and repair tools arrive safely, every order is packed using professional export-grade packaging.

Quality Inspection

Before shipment, all replacement parts undergo strict quality control, including:

  • Display and touch function testing for replacement screens

  • Battery capacity and endurance testing (where applicable)

  • Cosmetic inspection to ensure there are no visible scratches, cracks, or damage

Protective Packaging

Each order is carefully packed using multiple protective layers, including:

  • Protective foam wrapping

  • High-density shock-absorbing foam

  • Corrugated cardboard box

  • Waterproof sealing tape

These measures significantly reduce the risk of damage caused by impact or moisture during transit.

11. Package Contents

Your package may include:

  • The replacement parts and/or repair tools you ordered

  • Warranty sticker (where applicable)

All eligible products are covered by our 3-month warranty, which begins on the date your package is delivered.

12. Upon Receiving Your Package

Before signing for your package, please:

  • Inspect the outer packaging for any visible damage.

  • Contact our customer support immediately if you notice any issues.

  • Do not accept or sign for packages that appear to be severely damaged.
