Return Requirements

● Brand-new, unopened, and unused products purchased directly from our official website are eligible for a full refund.
● Returns of missing accessories (including original packing materials and retail packaging) will not be eligible for a full refund.
● Used, opened, or unsealed items (including those with removed foam packaging or tape, or unbundled cables) are not accepted for return.
● If the received shipment shows obvious signs of damage or is missing items, please notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

Although we invest significant effort into our products, we understand that you may occasionally have a change of heart or mistakenly purchase an item you no longer need. Huayuxt offers a convenient return policy and is committed to finding a mutually beneficial solution. Please review the return policy outlined below.
* If you purchased an item from the official Huayuxt store and wish to return it, you may initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving the item.

Returns Due to Personal Reasons: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., you no longer want the item—such as Garmin repair spare parts—or the size is unsuitable, or you placed an accidental order), the customer is responsible for covering both the return shipping costs and a restocking fee (applicable if the item has already been shipped or delivered).

Return Instructions

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Within 7 days of receiving the product: Contact our customer service team at huayuxt@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization.

2. Provide your Order Number, photos of the package, and the reason for the return.

3. If your return request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

1. Used products.
2. Items damaged due to improper use or mishandling.
3. Items purchased more than 7 days ago.
4. Personalized or customized products (where applicable).

Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been approved, the Huayuxt finance department will process your refund within 48 hours, and the corresponding amount will be credited back to your original payment account. The estimated refund processing times are listed below:

● PayPal Credit: 5 business days
● Credit/Debit Card: 3–20 business days

**Delayed or Missing Refunds**
If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe, please do not worry; simply contact us, and we will be happy to check the specific status for you and provide assistance.

Please note that your order may be delivered in multiple packages. If any items are missing, please contact us by sending photos or videos to huayuxt@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving all packages. Claims submitted more than 7 days after receipt may not be processed. Thank you for your understanding.
