Most shipments are delivered by 4PX. You can track your package using the tracking number on the carrier’s website. Your tracking number will be sent to your email after shipment.

If you don’t receive it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact customer service for a resend.

For DHL shipments, tracking is available on the DHL website.

Please note tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Your order will be shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

For most countries and regions, we offer free standard shipping. Only a small number of remote areas will incur a shipping fee of approximately $10 to $30.

Yes, you can, but we will charge a payment processing fee and listing/restocking fee of around 20%. These fees are charged by the payment provider, PayPal.
